At Bobby G Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible Items
Music CDs:
- CDs that arrive damaged, defective, or unplayable
- Unopened CDs sent in error
- CDs must be in original condition with all packaging
Apparel (T-shirts, Caps, and Clothing):
- Items with manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect sizing, damaged fabric)
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping
- Wrong items sent in error
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used CDs (unless defective)
- Apparel worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
If you received a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us at bobgatewood@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the defect or damage
- We'll review your request and provide return instructions
Refunds & Exchanges
- Defective items: Full refund or replacement at your choice
- Shipping errors: We'll send the correct item at no additional cost
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Print-on-Demand Items
Some of our apparel is produced by our print-on-demand partner. These items are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
